That's right..... If you are coming down to Pigilicious 2008 you better have an appetite!!! .... Last year we had a 106 lb pig and 150 lbs of ribs... You better believe there will be more this year!!!
The meat will be slow smoked for at least 12 or who knows maybe even 24 hours..... hmmm
We ask that you do contribute in some minor way:
- You can bring a side, desert, salad, or whatever else you can come up with that might go well with RIBS!!!
- There will also be a piggy bank if you wish to contribute towards the meat.
- There will be a wide variety of beverages from beer, wine, to colas and water. However, if you have a specific request you may want to bring it.
